He has held major research grants from the NSF, and has served as an NSF
program officer.

professor at Portland State University. She is currently a co-principle
investigator for a large NSF grant in mathematics education, and program
director of the NSF Division of Research on Learning in Formal and Informal
Settings.

professor at St. Thomas University. He has won multiple grants to conduct

Michelle Wagner: applied research

Sciences Program. The MSP funds research in both pure and applied
