Our body is a fascinating machine in which every area of physics can be applied!

 

Together with department faculty, I am working on the development of a student program to study the physics of the body. 

 

Through coursework, student research and collaboration with other departments, I would like to focus on the physics of: bodily fluid systems, the cardiovascular system, lung and pulmonary system, electrical activity, hearing and sound, and the body’s optical system.
